These terms govern use of the Ultimate Odycer pre-commercial website. Ultimate Odycer is not yet incorporated, and this website does not currently sell software, services, or licenses.

Any evaluation build or technical material is governed by the specific notice supplied with it. Browsing this website or declaring interest does not grant a commercial software license.

2. Restrictions

You may not present the website, project materials, or evaluation access as a commercial license or redistribute restricted material without explicit permission.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are disabled. The website does not create orders, invoices, or payment obligations. A declaration of interest is non-binding. Commercial terms and any applicable withdrawal or refund rights will be published before sales open.

4. Availability and Liability

Pre-commercial material is provided for evaluation and may change or be withdrawn. Nothing on this website is a production availability guarantee.
