# Ultimate Odycer > Public discovery for coding agents acting for a human-controlled studio. The human/studio owns and approves the license; the agent is a delegated technical implementer only. - Machine manifest: https://ultimateodycer.com/agent-manifest.json - Manifest schema: https://ultimateodycer.com/agent-manifest.schema.json - Human licensing overview: https://ultimateodycer.com/fr/licensing/ - Payment status: disabled; see https://ultimateodycer.com/checkout/ License capacity: 20 CCU without a key or registration; 50 CCU after human/studio registration with a signed free ODY1 key; above 50 CCU requires human discussion. No public endpoint currently issues a real signed license. Public MCP onboarding is unavailable on the current static hosting plan. The local handler remains [Scaffolding / Proxy] and /api/* returns 410. The local implementation targets MCP 2026-07-28: stateless POST, server/discover, tools/list, and tools/call. It is read-only and exposes only get_manifest, get_license_policy, and validate_starter_manifest. Local interoperability passed with the official @modelcontextprotocol/client 2.0.0 for discovery, listing, and a tool call. This does not confirm deployment, external interoperability, or full conformance-suite compliance. Private /api/mcp.json is an operator surface requiring x-agent-key, not public onboarding. Starter factory: experimental local-only [Scaffolding / Proxy]; the first TCP-reachability starter is not a gameplay integration and is not published. Starter gallery: planned; consult the manifest for the audited status.
