Last updated: 2026-08-27. This notice describes the limited data paths of the Ultimate Odycer pre-commercial public portal. It is not a claim that every optional integration is active.

The operator's complete legal identity and postal address must be added to the Legal Notice before public commercial publication.

2. Active Data Paths

  • Interest and support declarations: information you choose to send through your own email provider. The portal uses a mailto: link and does not submit or store the message through a website form.
  • Technical hosting logs: the hosting provider may process IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent and security events to deliver and protect the public site.
  • Payment data: none; payments, card collection, orders and invoices are disabled.
  • Audience measurement: Plausible may be loaded only when the deployment is explicitly configured for it. The default local and static build does not make this optional integration a factual claim about production.

The public static export excludes account, registration, checkout and server-management routes. The visible registration draft, where present in a dynamic local environment, prepares an email and does not create an account.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

Email information is used to answer the request you deliberately send. Technical hosting logs may be used to deliver and secure the site. Any optional audience measurement requires a deployment-specific assessment and configuration. No purchase or license-delivery contract is formed through this website.

4. Data Retention

Email messages are retained only for the time needed to answer and qualify the request, plus any period that is documented as necessary for security or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Technical hosting logs follow the documented retention policy of the verified hosting provider. Exact provider and analytics retention periods must be recorded before those services are represented as active.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. Contact support@ultimateodycer.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

6. Providers and Transfers

The contractual hosting provider, its contact details, retention policy and any international transfer safeguards must be verified and published rather than inferred from server software or response headers. Stripe and PayPal are not active. Optional analytics must remain disabled until its actual configuration and data path are documented.
